Kylee is a 5 1/2 months old beautiful Black and White Shih Tzu Mix puppy who weighs 12 1/2 pounds. Kylee is in our rescue because her owner didn't realize that a puppy had so much playful energy. This little girl loves to play with the other puppies in her area that are her size and around her age. She is a very happy little girl who is a little shy around new people but does warm up. She is a bit fearful of men but with the right match she will do well with both men and women. This little girl will do well in a home with a retired person or couple who have lots of time to spoil, train and love this darling little girl. Kylee is using newspapers in her puppy area when inside but also has access to a doggy door where she can go out into a secure decking area to play and potty. She is doing very well at her foster home but by no means is she potty trained to a new home and further training will be needed. At her foster home she does not have the run of the home and is in a large cordoned off area with a doggy door. We like our rescue dogs and puppies to be placed into homes where someone is home during the day and consideration will be given to those homes first. All of PJ's Small Dog Rescue puppies and dogs are indoor dogs with outside potty and play privileges. PLEASE NOTE we are NOT a SHELTER, we are a RESCUE so we don't have a facility for you to come and visit our rescue dogs and puppies as all the dogs in our care are in foster homes. After your adoption questionnaire is approved, you will be invited to come and meet the rescue dog or puppy you are interested in for possible adoption. If you are interested in Kylee you must EMAIL or call us for required adoption questionnaire and one will be emailed back to you (email link for our rescue is at the bottom of Kylee's page). If you are a renter, please have a letter ready at time of adoption from your lndlord giving you permission to have a dog. If you already have a dog then it must state you can have more than one dog. Also, it is our policy to not place our small rescue dogs and puppies into homes with large breed dogs but this is on a case by case basis. All of our adoptions are in person so if you are unable to come to Isleton, California for an adoption we will not be able to assist you in adopting one of our rescue dogs.
